Jau, jau, die Bild weiß auch was metros sind. Witziger Artikel mit Test: "Bin ich metrosexuell" Also um es gleich zu sagen ich bin es nicht, ich stehe nämlich nicht auf Fußball [image] Ob ich mir trotzdem die Augenbrauen zupfen darf und meine Nägel lackieren oder muß ich jetzt meine Cremes in die Tonne tun. Na, tu' ich doch lieber die Blöd-Zeitung [image] in die Tonne ! [image]

Hallo!

In meiner Gegend gibt es im Umkreis von mehreren 100 km nirgendwo 'ne Metro. Dann kann ich wohl auch nicht metrosexuell werden (werde ich - ohne "metro" - sowieso lieber im Bett)[image]

Termen "metrosexual" (sv. metrosexuell) rankas högst bland de nyligen myntade hos The Word Spy [via: Peter Nätkreatur]. Jag har saknat det ordet för att beskriva människor i min omvärld (kan inte säga att jag är det själv: way too hetero och måttligt intresserad av mode, fast jämfört med en skogshuggare från Pajala?). En ny undersökning visar att de blir allt vanligare också [via: Encomium, "Good looking, trendy metrosexuals flock to IKEA like hookers to a lone car"]:
These men, dubbed metrosexuals, aren't wimps or effeminate in any way. They're confident in their masculinity and in their sense of self. They tend to be concentrated in and around big cities (hence the term "metro"), but even those outside metropolitan areas are marked by a certain degree of urbanity or sophistication. They're knowledgeable about clothes and -- unlike the stereotype of the American male -- they enjoy shopping for them. They like to look and feel good. Are they gay? Mostly not, but they are comfortable being around people of other sexualities.

Der Mann im Rock hat bis jetzt noch nicht den Sprung in die Gesellschaft geschafft; ist wohl zu groß, der Sprung für die meisten. Aber vielleicht klappt es jetzt ja über die neue Schiene "Metrosexuell" (bescheuertes Wort, aber na ja...): Die Männerschaft sieht jetzt, daß man(n) ankommt (bei den Frauen), wenn man(n) sich pflegt, schick macht oder auch mal feminin kleidet (nicht hauen![image]). Vielleicht wird der Rock im Windschatten dieser Geschichte ja gesellschaftsfähiger.
Oder es ist alles nur ´ne Sommerposse, und im Herbst ist alles vergessen...[image]
