But I needed the money, and fell upon hard times so I had to sell the car.

Poor guy. I have some old cars which I owm for more than 10 years now and selling them whould be very very tough for me! I can imagine your feelings.

At Utilikilts we are very sensitive to the fact that Europeans have to pay a very costly duty on the kilts we sell. It also takes a long time for you to get them because of the extra shipping time between the US and Europe. When added to the 6-8 week wait that normally happens, that is a long, long time.

Also, we have many kilts in stock right now because we have been solving our backlog.

Yes, that is true, it took about 8 weeks from order to delivery. The hardest 8 weeks of the year. The shipment time was not the problem, it took about 5 days from the shipment announcement to delivery, and this basically because there was a weekend in between.

There are some in stock?

What about:
Original UK, 36", short, zipper fly, postal blue?
Same in Tan Khaki?
And what about an original, but without the front pockets? I fear you don't have this on stock but can it be ordered?

When we send the Utilikilt, we give it a declared value of less than what it actually costs us to make, so that we can keep your cost of duty to a minimum.

That worked fine. My UK came as a clothing sample, which is true in a way as it was the first one and therefore a sample to test the quality and I didn't pay anything but the price for the kilt and the shipping costs.

Dieter
