welcome to our Forum and welcome in Germany. Okay, your german isn't perfect, but it's possible to understand you. And perhaps it is better than my english. But I'll try to answer in your language.

Wearing skirts in Germany is very easy since some Vip's could be seen in TV wearing Skirts, and also everybody knows something about kilts. But only something: If you're dressed in a normal skirt, some people will ask you if this is a kilt! Perhaps ther are some teenies laughing when they can see a man in a skirt, okay. But problems? NO!
